Sales Development Representative – ANZ | Competitive OTE (S $52–67K) | Singapore About Huzzle

- Conduct outbound prospecting in Mandarin Chinese and English to identify and qualify potential clients.
- Research target accounts in the demand generation and SaaS industry to uncover new opportunities.
- Engage with marketing and sales decision-makers via email, phone, and Linked In outreach.
- Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives and track pipeline activity in the CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve campaign performance.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and performance metrics.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) and English.
- 1-3 years of experience as an SDR, Business Development Representative (BDR), or similar outbound sales role.
- Proven success in cold calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
- Experience in SaaS, Demand Generation, or Marketing Technology preferred.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).
- Excellent communication, persistence, and attention to detail.
- A self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
