ICT Primary Care Remote Support Officer
Join Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust as an ICT Remote Support Officer, responsible for ensuring timely and efficient resolution of all incident and service requests within the Integrated Care Organisation. You will provide first‑line and remote support to users across the hospital and community.
Key Responsibilities- Logging, monitoring and escalating incidents & service requests through to resolution using ITIL best practice.
- Maintaining incident and service request records, diagnosing ICT issues for all organisational systems.
- Resolving basic incidents and service requests at first point of contact.
- Escalating to second‑ and third‑line support as required.

- GCSE standard or equivalent
- Relevant experience in an IT or customer service environment
- Awareness of Windows desktop O/S
- Experience of Microsoft 365
- Experience of internet services
- Experience of Microsoft Office systems
- Accuracy and attention to detail

- Desktop software & hardware configuration
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
