QA Engineer; Remote

Our client, a rapidly growing financial technology company in the cryptocurrency and digital asset services space
, is seeking a talented Senior QA Engineer to join their dynamic software team.

• Develop and maintain manual and automated tests for web, mobile, and backend applications.
• Create and manage test scenarios, data, and documentation across the full SDLC.
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure high testability and clear requirements.
• Execute functional, regression, and ad-hoc testing, identifying root causes of issues and tracking resolutions.
• Implement automated testing within CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Advocate for QA best practices and contribute to improving testing frameworks and standards.
• Participate in design and use-case reviews, providing input on architecture and quality assurance strategies.

• 5+ years of professional QA experience in web, backend, or mobile application testing.
• Strong background in manual testing and test automation using tools such as Playwright, Selenium Web Driver, Cypress, or Test Cafe.
• Experience testing REST APIs using Postman or similar tools.
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Postgre
  
  SQL).
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile development environments.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.

• Exposure to BDD frameworks and modern test design patterns.
• Experience with data validation, mining, and analysis on large datasets.
• Background in fintech or cryptocurrency applications is a plus.
