Technical Project Manager (End User Experience)

6 Month+ Long Contract (W-2 with Benefits and PTO), C2C for Independent consultants (must have own LLC)

Pay: $60-$80/HR

We are seeking a high-level Technical Project Manager/Consultant to lead a critical current state assessment and develop a Proof of Concept (POC) for our Citrix environment across our entire health system. This role is pivotal to the success of future projects and involves improving the experience of clinical and non-clinical team members, as well as onsite and remote workers as well.

The role would be onsite doing the assessments across the Chicagoland area performing those assessments.

• Lead a comprehensive assessment of the Citrix environment by engaging with end-users (clinicians and staff) to identify hardware and software requirements (e.g., barcode scanners, RFID/Tap-and-go).
• Oversee the creation and testing of a new for computers (Dell/HP) tailored for a healthcare environment.
• Coordinate all UAT phases, gathering feedback from clinical stakeholders and iterating on technical designs.
• Assist in managing Azure User  and Microsoft product integrations.
• Lead implementation efforts for Service Now ITAM (Software/Hardware Asset Management) modules as needed.
• Support other projects as needed

• Experience: 7+ years of IT Project Management, specifically within a Healthcare/Hospital setting.
• Deep understanding of Citrix virtualization and Azure IDs
• Functional understanding of Epic EHR and how it interacts with virtualized environments.
• Strong change management skills and the ability to translate technical jargon for clinical end-users.

  :
  Experience with Service Now ITAM (SAM/HAM) and Azure migrations.
