• Develop advanced reports, dashboards, and data solutions using Workday Prism and other analytics tools
• Partner with HR leadership and business leaders to define workforce metrics and support strategic planning
• Ensure data governance, compliance, and reporting best practices while mentoring team members
• Troubleshoot system and data issues, taking ownership through resolution

• Bachelor's degree required;
  Master's preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data management and reporting; 6 years preferred
• High proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Access
• Experience with Workday HCM and Adaptive Planning
• Solid understanding of HR and workforce analytics

• Familiarity with statistical tools such as SPSS and SAS
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, Visier)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop and implement data collection systems that optimize efficiency and quality
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with all levels of the organization
