Payroll Solutions

Responsibilities- Lead a small implementation team and manage project timelines and scope.
- Design, construct, and implement technical application solutions for assigned accounts.
- Ensure clients receive a superior implementation experience and guidance throughout the process.
- Oversee the implementation of new HCM and Benefit Services clients.
- Organize and lead client meetings to promote forward progress of the implementation process.
- Bring in Subject‑Matter Experts to cover topics and assist in configuration of Onboarding/Offboarding, Benefits, TLM, GL, Applicant Tracking, and ancillary products.
- Be ultimately responsible for client satisfaction before transition to Customer Service.
- Follow defined project plans to effectively implement additional HCM services.
- Communicate all steps and progress on a regularly scheduled basis with clients and team.
- Schedule and complete necessary on‑site, telephone, or internet training to client satisfaction.
- Manage client relationships and provide primary client service throughout implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multi‑tasking skills.
- Strong product, service, and technical background.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- HCM and iSolved experience is a plus.
- Onsite, hybrid, or remote work arrangements.

This role supports office hours Monday‑Friday 9 am‑5 pm.
