• Lead a small implementation team and manage project timelines and scope.
• Design, construct, and implement technical application solutions for assigned accounts.
• Ensure clients receive a superior implementation experience and guidance throughout the process.
• Oversee the implementation of new HCM and Benefit Services clients.
• Organize and lead client meetings to promote forward progress of the implementation process.
• Bring in Subject‑Matter Experts to cover topics and assist in configuration of Onboarding/Offboarding, Benefits, TLM, GL, Applicant Tracking, and ancillary products.
• Be ultimately responsible for client satisfaction before transition to Customer Service.
• Follow defined project plans to effectively implement additional HCM services.
• Communicate all steps and progress on a regularly scheduled basis with clients and team.
• Schedule and complete necessary on‑site, telephone, or internet training to client satisfaction.
• Manage client relationships and provide primary client service throughout implementation.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multi‑tasking skills.
• Strong product, service, and technical background.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• HCM and iSolved experience is a plus.

This role supports office hours Monday‑Friday 9 am‑5 pm.
