Position Summary
RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Developer - Senior The team creates enterprise level automations relying on industry best practices. You’ll also lead initiatives related to designing and managing workflow automation projects, testing and fixing bugs. To be successful, you’ll need experience in technologies including UiPath and Automation Anywhere.
This is an onsite role in Nashville TN with some work from home flexibility.
ResponsibilitiesRPA Developer Responsibilities:
- Develop automations with UiPath Studio/Studio Pro
- Provide guidance with process design.
- Enhance/Support existing automations
- Work collaboratively with Business Analysts on project requirements
- Work collaboratively with business SMEs on project requirements
- Work in an Agile/Scrum team environment
- Continuous Integration
- Unit Testing
- REST, SOAP, GraphQL
- API authentication/authorization (OAuth
2.0, JWT, API Keys) - Postman / Swagger / OpenAPI experience
- RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate, or similar)
- Scripting for automation (C#, Power Shell, Python, Bash)
- Workflow engines (Airflow, Node-RED, n8n, or similar)
- CI/CD pipeline automation (Git Hub, Git Lab)
- Docker (build, compose, troubleshooting)
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- SQL (SQL Server, Postgre
SQL, MySQL, DB2, Oracle) - Query optimization and stored procedures
- Ability to quickly design, test, and demonstrate solutions
- Familiar with agile iteration cycles
