Remote Tech​/Ops Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Tech/Ops Project Manager to lead enterprise IT and operational initiatives across multiple clinic locations. This role is approximately 70% IT-focused, supporting EMR platforms, system improvements, vendor management, and staff training. The ideal candidate is a strong project leader who can ask the right questions, manage vendors effectively, and drive initiatives from planning through execution.

Location: Remote, Denver, CO

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 plus benefits

• Lead IT and operational projects from scoping through completion, including timelines, vendor coordination, training, and system optimization.
• Support and oversee EMR platforms, primarily G Gastro (Mod Med) and Epic, across multiple clinics.
• Partner with vendors, a fractional CIO, and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Manage strategic IT initiatives such as EMR upgrades, system enhancements, and potential vendor transitions.
• Train clinical and administrative staff on EMR workflows, functionality, and best practices.
• Maintain clear documentation for systems, processes, and project activities.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and adherence to data security best practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing high-impact initiatives and deadlines.

• 5–7 years of project management experience with a strong IT and operational focus.
• Experience leading enterprise technology initiatives, preferably in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience with EMR systems; G Gastro (Mod Med) and/or Epic strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage vendors and deliver IT system improvements.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience with Ring Central or similar telephony systems is a plus.
