QA Automation Engineer

This is a remote position. We're looking for a skilled Test Automation Engineer to join a cross-functional delivery team that builds end-to-end digital solutions from specification through to production deployment. You'll work alongside backend and frontend developers to define test strategies, write and maintain automated test suites, and ensure the stability and reliability of modern applications.

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test scenarios in collaboration with development teams.
• Define and execute test strategies for new and evolving applications.
• Perform API, UI, and integration testing.
• Support and optimize CI/CD pipelines from a QA perspective.
• Collaborate with developers to identify edge cases and ensure sufficient test coverage.
• Document test results, report defects, and follow up on resolutions.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in test automation.
• Proven ability to design and write automated test scripts.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, Playwright, or similar.
• Experience testing RESTful APIs (e.g. using Postman).
• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation and test setup.
• Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira.
• Comfortable working in both Polish and English (client communication may be in English).
• Scripting or programming knowledge in C#, Java, Python, or Type Script is a plus.

• Experience with BDD, Dev Ops pipelines, or AI-assisted testing.
• Familiarity with test management and automation frameworks such as Jenkins, Xray, Robot Framework, Testim, etc.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Exposure to international projects and multicultural team environments.
