Senior UKG Application Analyst - Remote

• Implement, support, and enhance complex enterprise applications across the organization
• Analyze user and system requirements; design, develop, test, and implement technical solutions
• Conduct payroll audits to ensure accuracy of employee time records and resolve discrepancies
• Serve as a subject matter expert for high‑impact issues, system upgrades, and integrations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution requirements and measure success through key performance indicators

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in application systems analysis, configuration, or support of enterprise applications
• Experience supporting enterprise platforms such as Oracle Cloud, Kronos, or Service Now
• Prior experience leading system enhancements, integrations, or upgrades within the healthcare industry
• Strong knowledge of system analysis, configuration management, and application lifecycle support

• Experience with payroll software such as UKG and time recording systems like Dimensions or Kronos
• Knowledge of payroll policies and understanding of payroll processing
