- Lead end-to-end project management for technical and operational initiatives
- Develop and maintain project plans, critical paths, and risk/issue logs
- Coordinate deliverables between internal teams, vendors, and external partners
- Facilitate requirements gathering, technical discussions, and solution walkthroughs
- Prepare executive-level updates, status reports, and documentation
- 3–5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2+ years in technical or software-related projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/hybrid) and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)
- Demonstrated experience working with IT teams, vendors, and data-driven projects
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
- Proficiency with project tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.)
- Experience with public sector, courts, or enterprise-level IT deployments
- Familiarity with software implementation life cycles, data conversion, and AWS and Azure Cloud/Gov Cloud
- PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or similar certification
- Ability to operate with minimal direction and maintain strong organization in complex environments
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development or systems engineering
