The Security Engineer joins the Global Support team to help resolve hardware and software issues across the enterprise. The role involves fielding telephone calls, email, and in‑person appointments to troubleshoot and diagnose a wide range of issues in the hardware, software, virtual/cloud, and infrastructure space.
The Opportunity for YouYou will support programs that deliver new and innovative approaches to securing access management on a massive scale. Responsibilities include responding to high‑volume tickets regarding new security initiatives, working directly with internal and external customers to adopt new security products, adjusting platform configurations to meet the latest security standards, and contributing to best practices through automation and bulk remediation whenever possible.
KeySuccess Factors
- BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, or 4+ years of relevant work experience
- 3+ years of experience in customer‑facing support engineering
- Experience with automation scripting in Python, JavaScript, Power Shell, or similar
- Experience with SQL
- Understanding of best practices and fundamentals for security engineering, including secure development, cloud security, and application security. IAM experience is a plus.
- Hands‑on experience using and/or securing services in AWS
- Results oriented, high energy, self‑motivated
- Excellent written and verbal technical communication skills
