• Lead complex, cross‑functional programs, managing projects that involve multiple teams and departments
• Ensure alignment of projects with organizational goals and key results
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to identify and resolve technical issues
• Manage project schedules, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of projects
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among different teams and stakeholders

• 7+ years of experience in program management with a proven track record of leading complex projects
• Deep understanding of relevant technologies and ability to influence system designs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with technical and non‑technical audiences
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to break down complex programs into manageable tasks and drive execution

• Experience with program management tools and methodologies
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and stay updated with industry trends
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity and initiating projects from scratch
