Job Summary The Senior Technical Lead (UIPath) is responsible for overseeing the UIPath projects, ensuring the successful delivery and implementation of automation solutions. They will lead a team of UIPath developers and work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design the automation workflows, and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of UiPath developers, providing technical expertise and guidanceCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design automation solutions using Ui Path Develop, test, and implement UiPath workflows to automate business processes and improve efficiencyTroubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to UiPath automationEnsure adherence to best practices and standards in UiPath developmentProvide training and mentorship to junior team members on UiPath tools and techniquesSkill Requirements
Proficient in UiPath platform, including UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and RobotsStrong knowledge of RPA concepts and best practicesExperience in developing complex automation workflows using Ui Path Familiarity with other automation tools and technologies is a plusExcellent problem‑solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and leadership abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teamsCertifications
UIPath Advanced Developer certification is preferred
