Position: Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst, Corporate Solutions

Your future role on our team
You’ll report to the Product Manager, Corporate ITSolutions, and play a key role in enhancing data across the organization. Your mission will be to turn data into strategic insights that empower business teams to make informed, fact-based decisions. You’ll design, enhance and optimize of the BI ecosystem, including the data warehouse, analytical models and dashboards.
You’ll serve as a bridge between the technical teams and business units, helping stakeholders identify needs, define key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement tailored analytics solutions. You’ll also actively contribute to data governance, ensure information integrity and promote a data-driven corporate culture.
You’ll work closely with the firm’s various stakeholders (Finance, Sales, Project Management, HR), your team members and other IT partners (development, infrastructure and service centre).

University degree in computer science, statistics, engineering or a related fieldAt least five years of business intelligence experienceStrong understanding of business processes (finance, HR, sales and project management)Experience as a data warehouse administrator and/or developerExcellent command of SQL and PowerBIProficient with data warehousing and modelling principlesExperience with SnowflakeParticipation in major transformation projects in agile modeAdvanced English skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients located in English-speaking Canadian provinces and abroad; you may need to use English occasionally or daily, depending on current projectsAdvanced French skills to collaborate effectively with BBA offices and/or clients outside QuébecAsset: experience in a services firmAsset: knowledge of Maconomy (Deltek) and SAP Business ObjectsAsset: experience with Azure Dev OpsAn overview of BBA’s total rewards
