Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO Executive to lead and execute SEO strategies for multiple client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who understands SEO beyond rankings—focusing on traffic quality, conversions, and measurable business outcomes.

You will work closely with content, web, and paid media teams, while also mentoring junior SEO team members and contributing to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies for client accounts

• Perform advanced keyword research and search intent analysis

• Lead on-page SEO, technical SEO, and content optimization initiatives

• Conduct technical audits (site structure, Core Web Vitals, indexing, crawlability)

• Plan and oversee link-building and authority-building strategies

• Analyze SEO performance and provide actionable insights

• Prepare and present detailed SEO reports to clients or internal teams

• Collaborate with content writers, developers, and designers

• Guide and mentor junior SEO executives and interns

• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience preferred)

• Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO

• Proven experience working with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar

• Experience with SEO for service-based and lead-generation businesses

• Good knowledge of content optimization and search intent mapping

• Strong analytical and reporting skills

• Excellent communication and time-management skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Requirements Basic understanding of SEO concepts (on-page, off-page, technical SEO) Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or SEO tools (basic level is sufficient) Good written communication skills Strong willingness to learn and take feedback Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines No prior agency experience required — training will be provided.
