As an AI Engineer, you'll architect the revolution that makes product analytics finally work the way it should have from the beginning. You'll design AI systems that understand your product at every level, from database schemas to user behaviors to code changes, building the intelligence layer that turns what used to require specialized teams and months of complex setup into something any product manager can use intuitively.

This isn't just joining a startup; you're leading the technical charge to eliminate the broken status quo and create a fundamentally better way for product teams to understand and optimize their products.

• Pioneer AI-Native Analytics: We're setting out to change how analytics are done with AI, not just make iterative improvements
• Contextual Architecture: Design systems and platforms for scoping and managing context from multiple data sources
• AI Agent Development: Build groundbreaking analytical agentic workflows and autonomous AI agents
• Application Development: Design and execute several client interfaces, various APIs, and the application database
• Performance Optimization: Optimize for speed, security, reliability, and cost-effectiveness without compromising quality

• Speed and Learning: You ship fast, learn from what you build, and iterate quickly to make it better

• Experience with fine-tuning LLMs or developing custom AI model architectures
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or frameworks
• Experience scaling secure, compliant applications for the enterprise
• Data Engineer, Data Scientist and/or Data Analyst experience
• Non-technical product leadership at a startup
