Design “case‑study” worthy user experiences for complex projects
- Cultivate Camaraderie: Ensure that Core Values are living and breathing throughout the project team.

- Develop Collaboratively: Follow best practices in successful prototyping and scrum delivery.
- Recommend Confidently:
Provide assertive recommendations that reduce ambiguity and strengthen client trust.
- Key Activities: Lead day‑to‑day project engagements, ensuring "case study" worthy deliverables on complex prototyping and scrum projects, delivering advanced quality work in UX / UI and often overseeing and leading more junior team members in this work.
- How a Current Praxenter Describes The Role: “As a senior product designer I’m responsible for the strategy, overall direction and success of a design project. My responsibilities include collecting information from clients through workshops, iterating on and presenting design solutions, and supporting other designers on our team to make sure we’re heading in the right direction.”
- You have 5-8 years of experience in product design. You specialize in UX/UI and user research. You have a foundational understanding of front‑end development, visual design, and design systems.
- Proficiency with Figma and Adobe XD
- Ability and desire to justify design decisions with strong rationale
- Experience designing features for software applications and systems
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities
- Experience conducting user research
- Experience working with client stakeholders in an agency or freelance setting
- You’re ready to collaborate. You’re interested in participating in discussions with various stakeholders and contributing to project meetings. You value teamwork and are excited about working alongside other disciplines to create cohesive design solutions.
- You stay informed about design trends and best practices. You also understand that the best design solution is one that meets user needs and business objectives. You prioritize usability and functionality in your design approach.
- You have a solid grasp of fundamental design principles. This includes user experience, interaction design, information architecture, and content strategy. You are continuously learning and applying this knowledge to your work.
- You communicate effectively. You are able to present your ideas clearly and confidently, and you value feedback from others. You listen actively, ensuring you understand project goals and team input, which helps you articulate your design decisions.
