Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Xactly Developer to design, implement, and maintain integration solutions using Xactly Connect
. This role involves working closely with stakeholders and business analysts to ensure accurate, efficient, and scalable incentive compensation processes. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Xactly Connect
, strong SQL skills, and a background in data integration.
- Design, develop, and maintain Xactly Connect integrations
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into integration solutions
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all Xactly systems and processes
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to Xactly Connect and incentive processing
- Conduct regular system updates and perform ongoing maintenance
- Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations and processes
- Provide technical support and user training for Xactly systems
- Proven experience with Xactly Connect and Xactly Incent
- Strong understanding of ETL processes and data integration techniques
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases
- Familiarity with API integrations and web services
- Experience with additional Xactly products (e.g., Xactly Analytics, Xactly Objectives)
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
