Field Operations Manager; Remote PST

• Own the design, execution, and ongoing improvement of in-person care delivery operations
• Build scalable workflows that support field-based visits, including care package delivery and care plan check-ins
• Establish standards and quality checks for in-person visit booking to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Develop and maintain tools, documentation, and SOPs that enable teams to plan and execute field visits independently
• Manage and develop a team of Coordinators responsible for logistical support tied to in-person encounters

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, field operations, or care delivery programs
• Experience building, scaling, or improving in-person or field-based operational models
• Proven ability to translate health plan or payer requirements into clear, repeatable workflows
• Prior people management experience, including coaching and developing operational teams
• Strong operational judgment with the ability to identify systemic issues and design sustainable solutions

• Comfort working with data and metrics to assess performance and drive continuous improvement
• Experience creating and maintaining SOPs, tools, and documentation that enable teams to operate independently
• Familiarity with operational tooling such as scheduling systems and project management platforms
• Clear communicator who can set expectations and influence without authority
