What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage Workday position control and support RECON processes across the organization
  • Maintain data accuracy in organizational charts, job requisitions, and position tracking
  • Generate and distribute standard and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards
  • Support workforce planning cycles with accurate data, trend analysis, and forecasting
  • Collaborate with IT on Workday functionality improvements and reporting enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Three (3) years of HRIS, HR Operations, or workforce analytics experience
  • Strong proficiency with Workday or other enterprise HRIS platforms
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to data integrity
  • Proactive communicator who collaborates effectively across HR, Finance, and IT functions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote work environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and dashboards
  • Experience with MS365, Workday, and Navex
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify patterns and troubleshoot issues
  • Comfortable operating in a remote, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%
