- Lead virtual product education and coaching sessions for AMER sales teams
- Identify and standardize common training content for effective sales enablement
- 5-7 years of experience in sales enablement, preferably in Tech/Technology Software or SaaS
- Proven experience in building and deploying enablement programs for large technology sales teams
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools and methodologies
- Experience training remote groups effectively
- Creative and innovative approach to virtual learning delivery
- Ability to quickly build rapport with diverse stakeholders across cultures
