What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive global and region-specific enablement initiatives for sales teams
  • Nurture relationships with geographical leaders to ensure alignment and collaboration
  • Provide regular feedback to Global Sales Enablement (GSE) teams to inform strategies and programs
  • Lead virtual product education and coaching sessions for AMER sales teams
  • Identify and standardize common training content for effective sales enablement
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales enablement, preferably in Tech/Technology Software or SaaS
  • Proven experience in building and deploying enablement programs for large technology sales teams
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools and methodologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience training remote groups effectively
  • Creative and innovative approach to virtual learning delivery
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with diverse stakeholders across cultures
