Position: Client Technical Support Agent, Healthcare Revenue Cycle (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide software support to clients and respond promptly to routine and emergency support requests
  • Troubleshoot product and technical issues while assessing severity and scope
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email
  • Log and manage all client-related issues in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) tool (Salesforce)
  • Educate and empower customers to maximize the use of products, tools, and services
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience with research and reconciliation skills
  • Bachelor's degree is beneficial
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Healthcare IT, Healthcare technical support, or the Healthcare SaaS industry
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is beneficial
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in Knowledge‑Centered Service (KCS) practices
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships
  • Familiarity with documenting solutions in reusable articles for future resolution
