A leading EV infrastructure company is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to support and monitor EV charging stations. This full-time, remote position requires a proactive individual who can quickly learn and effectively communicate to troubleshoot and assist property owners and drivers. Responsibilities include monitoring charger statuses and coordinating maintenance support. No prior experience in EV chargers is necessary as training will be provided, and candidates must be available during EST business hours.
