Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Implementation Engineer

Must have an active secret clearance

In this role, you will design and implement an IGA solution in a federal organization. You will work closely with your Agile delivery team and organizational stakeholders to understand the organization’s needs and define IGA requirements. Then, you will develop, test, and deploy IGA functionality through a continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline.

• Collaborate with your team to define and meet IGA system requirements
• Develop and implement processes to:
  • Establish a user’s identity and provision user information to connected information systems
  • Enable end-user request for accounts and entitlements in information systems
  • Govern user access to information systems to enforce the principle of least privilege
  • Support creation of end-user training material
  • Implement security policies, standards, and procedures related to IGA

• At least 3 years of experience designing and implementing IAM solutions.
• At least 1 year of experience implementing an enterprise identity governance & administration (IGA) solution, such as Saviynt Security Manager (SSM) or Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC), SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) or Identity Now, IBM Security Verify Governance

Ability to do at least two of the following:

• Design an access request workflow in an IGA solution or workflow automation platform such as Service Now
• Enable role-based access control (RBAC) with an IGA solution
• Provision access from an IGA through a standards-based method

• Structured Query Language (SQL)
• Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP)

• Agile development methodologies
• Working knowledge of at least one of the following:
• Java programming language
• Windows Power Shell scripting
• System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM)
• Representational State Transfer (REST) API's

• Experience implementing Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC)
• Possession of a Saviynt IGA Professional certification
• Experience integrating Saviynt IGA with Service Now
• Possession of a cybersecurity certification, such as CompTIA Security+ (ISC)2 SSCP
