What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive global and region-specific enablement initiatives for the sales team
  • Build and nurture relationships with geographical leaders to ensure alignment
  • Lead virtual product education, coaching, and training for the AMER sales audience
  • Standardize common training content and provide feedback to inform global strategies
  • Act as an ambassador for sales methodologies and promote training content awareness
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5-7 years of experience in enablement with a sales background in Tech/Technology Software or SaaS
  • Proven experience in building and deploying new enablement programs for large technology sales teams
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Highly effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Experience in training remote groups and familiarity with sales enablement tools
