FOX Television Stations owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations in the United States. These include stations located in 14 of the top 15 largest designated market areas (DMAs) and duopolies in 11 DMAs, including the three largest DMAs (New York, Los Angeles and Chicago). Of these stations, 18 are affiliated with the FOX Network. In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week.

All stations leverage viewer, distributor and advertiser demand for the FOX Network’s national content.

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to join our fast‑paced team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be a proactive and curious problem solver who uncovers patterns and performance drivers within a complex direct‑to‑consumer environment. In this role you’ll manage, analyze and report on key performance metrics across our FAST (Free Ad‑Supported Streaming TV) channels and digital platforms—including CTV, mobile and web.

Your ability to identify, interpret and analyze trends will influence content and product strategies across the network. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Digital Strategy & Business Development and you will collaborate closely with teams across Digital Strategy, Product and Data Platforms to deliver insights that drive data‑informed decisions.

• Analyze and interpret viewer data (viewership metrics, audience demographics and engagement) to identify patterns, trends and opportunities for growth across our networks.
• Create timely reports and dashboards for key stakeholders and executives across Programming, Marketing and Ad Sales teams.
• Present findings and provide recommendations to leadership to support the implementation of business solutions and initiatives.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure data needs are met and insights are integrated into workflows.
• Drive the execution of data strategies for the channel, identifying trends and presenting findings to stakeholders to improve performance.
• Manage the weekly end‑to‑end data pipeline for FAST platform metrics including data extraction, transformation and loading.
• Run and maintain Python scripts to standardize data from various partner platforms for ingestion into our data warehouse.
• Collaborate with leadership partners to define goals, develop hypotheses and establish research plans addressing key business challenges.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all FAST data inquiries and ad hoc reporting requests from stakeholders, including Digital Strategy, Marketing and Sales.

• Conduct regular data quality checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our reporting, identifying and investigating anomalies such as missing values, odd patterns or significant deviations.
• Adhere to the issue resolution process by identifying the root cause, notifying stakeholders with a timeline for correction, resolving the issue and confirming the resolution.
• Collaborate with the Data Platforms team to maintain and enhance the logic of the FAST data pipeline in Snowflake.
• Manage and update mapping tables to ensure consistent channel naming and structure across all platforms.
• Conduct market research on emerging trends and technologies including AI tools to provide strategic recommendations and shape the product roadmap.

• 5–7 years of experience collaborating with multiple teams to identify, analyze and interpret data in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience identifying data trends, patterns and anomalies while leveraging visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Strong ability to identify trends and patterns in data and translate findings into actionable business outcomes.
