What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive global and region-specific enablement initiatives for sales teams
  • Own and nurture relationships with geographical leaders to ensure alignment
  • Lead and facilitate virtual product education and coaching for AMER sales teams
  • Identify and standardize common training content for effective learning
  • Act as an ambassador for the employer's sales methodology, promoting training content awareness
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales enablement with a background in Tech Technology Software or SaaS
  • Proven experience in building and deploying enablement programs for large technology sales teams
  • Strong project management and organizational skills effective interpersonal, verbal/written communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience training remote groups and familiarity with sales enablement tools
