• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Cybersecurity & Compliance Leaders across various domains
• Ensure integration of enterprise cybersecurity strategy and compliance requirements into actionable business plans
• Oversee cyber risk reviews and compliance assessments to maintain governance standards
• Establish performance metrics and drive continuous improvement within the Cybersecurity team
• Shape the enterprise-level cyber risk narrative for executive audiences and stakeholders

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field with 12+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 10+ years of experience
• 12+ years of experience with cybersecurity frameworks, risk governance, and regulatory requirements
• 10+ years of experience leading senior‑level professionals and driving alignment across teams
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes and drive cybersecurity integration

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CEH, or similar
• Experience designing or scaling federated cybersecurity or risk programs
• Familiarity with major enterprise cyber initiatives like Zero Trust and cloud security
• Ability to build strong trust relationships and champion an inclusive environment
• Adaptive to change and comfortable navigating complex organizational structures
