• Drive global and region-specific enablement initiatives for sales teams
• Build and maintain relationships with geographical leaders to ensure alignment
• Facilitate virtual product education, coaching, and process training for AMER sales audience
• Standardize and identify common training content for consistency
• Act as an ambassador for the employer's sales methodology, promoting training content among sales leadership and teams

• 5-7 years of experience in enablement with a sales background in Tech/Technology Software or SaaS
• Proven experience in building and deploying new enablement programs for large technology sales teams
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Familiarity with sales enablement tools and methodologies

• Experience in training remote groups
• Creative and innovative mindset focused on continuous improvement in virtual learning delivery
• Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain strong working relationships across diverse cultures and stakeholders
