Design, build, and enhance Policy Administration Systems (PAS) with a strong focus on configurability, extensibility, and performance within the insurance domain.
This role involves architecting and managing complex, configurable data models, externalized workflow orchestration, and API‑first, cloud‑agnostic services to support PAS modernization and system integration.
Key Skills & Experience- Strong hands‑on experience in PAS engineering and/or architecture
- Deep understanding of the insurance policy lifecycle
- Experience with workflow engines/orchestration
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and integration patterns
- Hands‑on experience with Java / .NET or similar enterprise technology stacks
- Experience with containerization and cloud‑agnostic architecture
- Knowledge of microservices and event‑driven architecture
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test automation (preferred)
