Wir bilden Dich zur Spezialistin oder Spezialisten für die Implementierung einer Infor Softwarelösung aus! In den ersten 6 Monaten erlernst du an unserer internationalen Akademie im Austausch mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus ganz Europa die Grundlagen des Consultings, die Projektmethodik und unsere Softwarelösungen Infor LN oder Infor M3 kennen. Darüber hinaus bekommst du die Chance in erste Projekte einzutauchen und dich mit der Unterstützung deines persönlichen Mentors zu beweisen.

Nach absolvierter Zertifizierung zum Associate Consultant wirst du im zweiten Halbjahr vertieft an Projekten arbeiten, wertvolle Erfahrungen sammeln und weitere Schulungen erhalten. Nach einem Jahr bist du optimal vorbereitet, um vollumfänglich als Associate Consultant unsere Kunden bei der Implementierung unserer Softwarelösungen zu unterstützen.

• Einen Hochschulabschluss oder Berufserfahrung im technischen oder betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich.
• Interesse für IT- und Geschäftsprozesse (Supply Chain Management, Produktion, Finanzen).
• Erste praktische Berufserfahrung (Vollzeit, Werkstudentische Arbeit, Praktika).
• Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft.
• Fähigkeit selbstständig und im Team zu arbeiten.
• Hervorragende schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
• Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in den gängigen Microsoft Office Programmen.
