Marketing Generalist

This is a remote position.

Requirements

What we are looking out for:

  • 34 years of proven experience managing diverse marketing functions (campaigns, content, performance, and branding).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and balance short-term priorities with long-term goals.
  • Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for digital products or services.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hub Spot, or similar.
  • Ability to develop brand messaging and ensure consistency across all channels and campaigns.
  • Skilled in creating campaign briefs and coordinating with designers, content creators, and external vendors.
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation, buyer journey mapping, and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Comfortable working in a startup or fast-paced environment, taking ownership and driving initiatives.
  • A collaborative mindset with strong organizational and planning skills.

What a typical day would be like:

  • Coordinate and support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with company goals.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns and optimize for performance and ROI.
  • Create and manage content for email marketing, blog posts, and social media.
  • Monitor website and campaign analytics to inform ongoing strategy.
  • Assist in SEO tasks including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and design teams to support business growth.
  • Manage marketing tools, calendars, and reports to ensure timely execution.
