• Execute day-to‑day activities as a Workday Reporting Consultant
• Develop solutions, reports, dashboards, and analytics tailored to customer requirements
• Mentor fellow consultants by sharing product knowledge and expertise
• Analyze business requirements through customer sessions and provide solutions to complex problems
• Support business development activities including proposal development and pursuit activities

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Human Resources Information Systems, or a related field
• Subject Matter Expertise in reporting, including developing complex reports and analytics
• Experience supporting enterprise‑class human capital management or ERP solutions
• Strong communication and presentation skills to manage customer expectations effectively
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Power Point

• Reporting experience with Workday Financials and BIRT
• Project leadership experience in delivering analytic solutions
• Passion for exceptional customer service
• Experience gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, and deploying solutions
• Willingness to travel on-site if needed
