- Salary range: $68,000 - $102,000, with potential for significant incentive compensation through a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP)

- Provide technical support during technology-enabled procedures and on-site installations
- Act as the primary customer liaison for repair and technical support issues
- Educate and train medical staff on technology-related matters
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify prospective new users for navigation and robotics procedures
- Maintain system performance through software and hardware upgrades and preventative maintenance
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 years of clinical, medical sales, or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience; or
- Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; or
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time within the assigned territory
- RT and/or MRI certification
- Prior experience with Image Guided Systems and operating room experience
- Familiarity with MRI technology and procedures
- Preference for local qualified candidates and those with prior experience at the employer
