• Conduct internal and customer audits and security assessments to document compliance with the FBI’s CJIS Security Policy
• Develop project plans with milestones in collaboration with agencies to ensure audit and assessment requirements are met
• Identify risks and issues, facilitating their resolution through effective communication
• Liaise with internal teams and third-party auditors to enhance understanding and ensure timely delivery of documentation
• Lead and coordinate compliance assessments, including PCI DSS, SOC 1, SOC 2, and NIST

• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or Legal Studies
• IT or Security experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Progress towards CISA or CIPP certification

• Experience with security compliance in a government or law enforcement context
• Familiarity with regulatory standards such as PCI DSS, SOC 1, SOC 2, and NIST
• Knowledge of audit processes and methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
