Presidio Engineer to join our National EUC Team. This is a completely remote position where you'll be driving the delivery for customers VMware and Citrix needs. You'll be a client advocate, post‑sales expert, and provide documentation when needed.

This position may require travel at times which is scheduled in advance. In this role you will be expected to travel up to 10%.

Design & Architecture

• Architect and deploy Omnissa Horizon VDI environments, including Instant Clones, RDSH, App Volumes, Dynamic Environment Manager, TrueSSO, Workspace One Access, and Thinapp.
• Experience with Horizon Cloud Services and supported Hyperscalers, specifically Horizon on Azure and AWS Core Solution.
• Implement and optimize Workspace ONE UEM for device management, application delivery, and compliance enforcement.
• Integrate Omnissa solutions for identity, access management, and zero‑trust security frameworks.

Administration & Support

• Maintain and troubleshoot Horizon infrastructure (Connection Servers, Unified Access Gateways, App Volumes Managers, TrueSSO, and vSphere).
• Manage Workspace ONE enrollment, profiles, compliance policies, and application lifecycle.
• Ensure Omnissa identity services are properly configured for SSO, MFA, and conditional access.

Security & Compliance

• Apply best practices for securing VDI and mobile endpoints.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.

Performance & Optimization

• Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning for Horizon and Workspace ONE environments.
• Implement monitoring and alerting solutions for proactive issue resolution.

Collaboration

• Work closely with networking, security, and application teams to ensure integrated solutions.
• Provide Tier 3 support and mentor junior engineers.

Technical Expertise

• Strong hands‑on experience with Omnissa Horizon (VDI, App Volumes, DEM).
• Proficiency in Workspace ONE UEM and Workspace ONE Access.
• Familiarity with Omnissa identity and access management solutions.

Infrastructure Knowledge

• Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Experience with SSL certificates, load balancing, and firewall rules.

Security

• Knowledge of zero‑trust principles, MFA, and conditional access.

Certifications (Preferred)

• VMware VCP‑DTM, VMware Horizon Specialist, or Omnissa certifications.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
