What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage mission-critical suppliers that support enterprise connectivity and call center operations.
  • Oversee contract strategy, including renewals, enterprise licensing, and SLA development.
  • Lead supplier governance, including quarterly business reviews and strategic roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with IT, Security, Finance, and business leaders to align vendor capabilities with business needs.
  • Drive escalations, service remediation, and performance correction plans to ensure vendor accountability.
What is Required (Qualificationsh3>
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business management, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT vendor management, strategic sourcing, or technology procurement.
  • Proven experience managing telecom carriers, network equipment suppliers, or call center platforms.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze and communicate cost scenarios.
  • Experience in negotiating enterprise SaaS agreements and understanding of UCaaS/CCaaS.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Familiarity with hardware lifecycle management and infrastructure resilience requirements.
  • Experience negotiating carrier contracts and working with Telecom Expense Management (TEM) providers.
  • Vendor management certifications (CVM, etc.).
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and industry best practices.
  • Experience operating in regulated environments (HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC2, SOX).
