• Analyze B2B marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance drivers
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and analytics teams to inform strategy and targeting

• Document methodologies and contribute to governance efforts
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing analytics or performance reporting
• 3+ years of experience with data visualization and reporting tools
• 3+ years of programming experience in Python, Spark, and SQL
• 1+ years of experience in test setup and measurement, including A/B testing and other methodologies

• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Familiarity with B2B segmentation and sales enablement strategies
• Exposure to healthcare or insurance marketing environments
• Familiarity with Databricks
• Experience with predictive modeling techniques such as logistic regression and decision trees
