We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst for a 12‑month project starting January 2026, confident to own complex projects end‑to‑end.
What You Will Do- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements across full‑stack environments.
- Support modernization efforts, including replacing and improving legacy systems.
- Work across data integration, cloud and application layers to shape workable solutions.
- Partner with project managers, architects and engineers to execute against the plan.
- Identify risks early, offer practical options and help clients make informed decisions.
- Look for improvement opportunities in delivery tooling, documentation and process.
- 2 years in management consulting, ideally supporting Fortune 500 clients.
- 3 years as a Business Analyst or
- 2 years as a Project Manager or similar role.
- Hands‑on experience managing small to large projects across business and technical teams.
- Strong client‑facing communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proven experience facilitating workshops, clarifying requirements and driving decisions.
- Experience managing a project portfolio and using a PPM tool for visibility and reporting.
- Comfortable analyzing and communicating across the full stack.
- Working understanding of databases, file structures, scripting, APIs, integration tools, BI tools and cloud platforms.
- Ability to break down technical problems and connect them to business outcomes.
- Experience with system replacement modernization efforts and data‑driven transformations.
- Understanding of statistical and analytical modeling.
- Proficient in Office 365 (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Outlook, SharePoint, One Note).
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall life cycles.
- Microsoft and Agile certifications strongly preferred but not required.
- Understanding of modern software development practices including Agile Scrum.

Compensation: $70,000 – $110,000 per year.
This is a remote position.
