What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone and chat for accounting and tax platforms
  • Efficiently multitask and navigate between screens while assisting customers
  • Maintain a noise/distraction‑free home office environment during work hours
  • Participate in training sessions and adapt to various communication methods
  • Assist in onboarding and supporting customers in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to provide essential technical support through phone and chat
  • Hardwired internet connection with a minimum speed of 5.0 Mbps down and up
  • A working phone line (home phone or mobile) and a suitable home office setup
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in customer service or technical support roles
  • Familiarity with accounting and tax software applications
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills
  • Previous remote work experience
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes
