• Serve as the primary Prisma SD‑WAN Subject Matter Expert for a large deployment (3 tenants and 5177 devices).
• Lead Prisma SD‑WAN configuration cleanup, automation, operational improvements, and knowledge transfer in a multi‑tenant environment.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for the end client.
• Perform BGP routing, Wildfire/Malware analysis, DNS security, SaaS security (Inline CASB), SSL/TLS decryption, and other security functions.
• Integrate legacy Juniper networking devices.

• Deep experience with Prisma SD‑WAN, including ION / Cloud Genix environments.
• Prior experience in large‑scale Secure Access Service Edge or Software‑Defined Wide Area Network environments.
• Knowledge of BGP routing, Wildfire, DNS security, SaaS security, SSL/TLS decryption.
• Legacy integration experience with Juniper networking.
• Palo Alto Networks certifications (PCNSA, PCNSC, PCCSA) are a plus.
