Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead (UIPath) is responsible for overseeing the UIPath projects, ensuring the successful delivery and implementation of automation solutions. They will lead a team of UIPath developers and work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design the automation workflows, and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of UiPath developers, providing technical expertise and guidance
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design automation solutions using Ui Path
  • Develop, test, and implement UiPath workflows to automate business processes and improve efficiency
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to UiPath automation
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in UiPath development
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members on UiPath tools and techniques
    • Skill Requirements
  • Proficient in UiPath platform, including UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots
  • Strong knowledge of RPA concepts and best practices
  • Experience in developing complex automation workflows using Ui Path
  • Familiarity with other automation tools and technologies is a plus
  • Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams
    • Certifications

    UIPath Advanced Developer certification is preferred
