• Ensure compliance with union reporting and timely payments to meet strict deadlines
• Review and submit certified payroll and supporting documents for accuracy
• Maintain communication with the field team to establish positive relationships and ensure compliance
• Compile payroll data for field employees and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor and manage email requests for missing documentation and compliance

• High school diploma required
• Minimum of 2 years of payroll administration experience
• Ability to work independently and follow directions
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with Workday and Kronos software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications
