  • Lead and mentor a team of product directors and managers across data services, APIs, and AI/analytics
  • Oversee prioritization and lifecycle management for platform components, including data ingestion, interoperability, reporting, identity, and security
  • Partner with engineering to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of platform capabilities
  • Work with compliance and regulatory teams to ensure HIPAA, HITRUST, and other standards are met
  • Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to shape, refine, and prioritize the platform roadmap
  • Monitor emerging healthcare technology trends (FHIR, HL7, AI, RCM automation, population health) to inform platform strategy
  • Identify opportunities for data monetization, AI enablement, and interoperability‑driven innovation
  • Engage with external partners (EHR vendors, payers, cloud providers) to create strategic alliances
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, HIPAA) and API‑driven ecosystems
  • Perform other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring to the Team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, or a combination of education and experience
  • 12+ years of product management experience
  • 5+ years of recent senior product leadership with proven success launching and scaling B2B2C healthcare platforms (such as EHR, data exchange, analytics, or digital health)
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and leadership capabilities
  • Demonstrated experience driving platform innovation and leading cross‑functional product teams
  • A plus if you have an MBA or advanced healthcare degree

Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties.

This is a fully remote position. You’ll need a quiet workspace free from distractions, a reliable internet connection, and will adhere to company security protocols, including the use of VPNs, secure passwords, and company‑approved devices/software. You must be US based in a location that allows compliance with company policies such as HIPAA.
