- Develop and enhance dashboards and BI reports to support data‑driven decision‑making
- Ensure data accuracy and alignment with industry best practices through testing and quality assurance
- Document data sources, models, and reporting processes for user guidance and clarity
- Partner with business users to generate insights and empower decision‑making through data analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field
- 1 – 3 years of experience in BI development or related analytics work
- Familiarity with Excel, Tableau, Power BI Desktop, and Power BI Service, including basic data modeling concepts
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem‑solving
- Prior experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Manufacturing
- Knowledge of Supply Chain concepts
- Understanding of visualization best practices and UI/UX for dashboards
- Openness to feedback and eagerness to learn in a fast‑paced environment
- Courses, internships, or academic projects related to change management
