• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules.
• Ensure payroll processes comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Provide expert guidance on payroll configuration, reporting, and integrations with financial systems.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to align payroll systems with organizational objectives.
• Identify and implement process improvements for payroll operations and related HCM applications.
• Analyze and document payroll workflows, operational procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Participate in planning, development, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of payroll systems.
• Deliver accurate and timely payroll solutions that meet project scope and departmental standards.
• Engage in team and project meetings, providing updates and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain and develop expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll and related technologies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful payroll operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kansas City, MO.

The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $95.00/hr.
