- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- 1 - 3 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry
- 1 - 3 years of experience in the broader Healthcare industry
- Six Sigma certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
