What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with key customer stakeholders as a trusted technical advisor
  • Drive technical operational success by planning and executing initiatives aligned with customer objectives
  • Conduct operational health checks and business reviews to optimize customer solutions
  • Troubleshoot complex Tier 3/4 issues and lead cross-functional teams for resolution
  • Mentor and develop team members while facilitating strategic alignment between customer needs and product roadmap
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 7-10 years of professional experience in Technical Account Management or related technical customer-facing roles within the SaaS/CCaaS sectors
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience
  • Extensive hands‑on experience with omnichannel, web, and scripting technologies
  • Strong understanding of APIs/SDKs for integration and customization support
  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of relationship management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with CRM tools and bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira)
  • Proficiency in data analysis, including SQL/No

    SQL/Data lake
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage crises effectively
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
