Solution Designer - REMOTE

• Serve as a subject matter expert on the Sage platform, including its features and best practices.
• Develop and maintain documentation of existing system architecture and data flows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, providing timely solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to address complex challenges.
• Deliver training sessions and resources to educate users.
• Act as the primary point of contact for user feedback and improvement areas.
• Monitor platform usage trends and generate analytical reports.
• Stay updated on platform changes and communicate them to users.

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience, preferably with healthcare software applications.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office tools including Visio.
• Strong analytical mindset and understanding of agile methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Background in healthcare or pharmaceuticals is a plus.
